Kitten Lady 1cStS0ponsioroehda · Shared with:Public I can finally share our huge announcement: WE FOUND OUR FOREVER HOME! 💞 Andrew and I have officially decided to lay down our roots in sunny San Diego, and we found an incredible property with land for animals and a building we can convert into the Orphan Kitten Club kitten clubhouse of our dreams! This will allow us more space to rescue kittens and other baby animals, to be able to welcome more volunteers on site, to provide an actual workspace to our team (that isn’t simply our dining room table!), to take in farm animals in the future, and to really build out an environment perfectly suited for saving the tiniest and most vulnerable of kittens. If I’ve seemed a little more quiet than usual this month, it’s because I’m hard at work with the amazing Hauspanther, queen of cat rescue interior design, to bring this project to life! It’s going to be a lot of work—but in the end we are going to truly create our dream vision for kittens. Pictured here is: 1) the front door of our future rescue building. 2) a view of our space for future farm animals. 3) an intentionally vague sneak peek at some of the preliminary nursery design work, which I will share more about soon! We are just so excited to finally be able to share this news with all of you. This is going to be a wild month between construction projects & moving! Thank you to our amazing animal-loving real estate agent Gratefully Home for truly understanding our vision of a unique home where we can do what we love most. We are grateful to finally have our home—for us, and for the animals. ♥️ P.S. You tell me: do you guys want to see this project unfold?! There’s going to be a lot of drywall & plumbing in our future—not the most exciting for social media maybe, but very exciting to us!!! I try not to share photos without cats or kittens in them because I know that’s what people are here to see, but maybe you’d like a glimpse behind the scenes of the project we’re stepping into.
